Something in the air....

So let's say you're sitting with four or five friends and one of them let's one go, it's common practice and often quite funny, but the reception all depends on who you are with. There are 3 schools of thought on how to react in this scenario:

1) Laughter with slight disgust - this usually features one covering their nose with their hand, or shirt pulled up or getting up and running away, but it is all in good fun, no one is really hurt and the one who dealt it is proud that he cleared a room.

2) Complete disgust - this is highlighted by hatred for the guilty culprit, usually results in some sort of physical abuse and puts a weird tension in the air for the remainder of the evening...or it could just be the stench...

3) Embrace - This one can fall into the funny and/or creepy category where one guy really enjoys the smell that has filled the room...it can usually bond or alienate a friendship, but hey some guys just like the smell of shikesta....
Who doesn't? Am I right?

Anyway I was going somewhere with this preamble...oh yeah, this guy in Texas did what I described above in a motel room and ended up upsetting his friend and getting stabbed for his trouble.

It seems that "One man was so upset about the gas that he threw a large knife at him, cutting his leg, and then stabbed him in the chest." So I think that guy would fall under the complete disgust school of thought....can you imagine that scene?

Guy 1: Oh my god, who shit their pants?
Guy 2: *Laughing Guiltily*
Guy 3: You're sick man, that's terrible (While running away)
Guy 4: Wow that's dense...(sitting there and taking it all in)
Guy 5: I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU, SO HELP ME GOD YOU SICK FUCKING ASSHOLE!@!@! (Followed by him throwing a knife at the one who dealt it and followed that by stabbing him)
Guy 1: woah dude....too far
