Very odd story in that a woman tried to sell children, that weren't hers, for an exotic bird and twenty one Cambodian hookers worth of cash.
Three adults have been arrested on kidnapping charges after police claim they agreed to swap a $1,500 cockatoo and $175 in cash for two children.
Fortunately the policed intercepted the children and they are safe.
