Forbes Billionaires: Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and some guy who deals the Jayo...

That's correct Forbes released it's annual list of billionaires and coming in at number 701 is Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera...a known Mexican drug lord who happens to be "...one of the biggest suppliers of cocaine to the U.S." . He's probably also one of few on the list to be responsible for the deaths of many in building his empire. (Although I'm sure others have thought about it, Gates for instance would probably love to take out that Mac guy from Die Hard 4 for tarnishing his company's name) Also it is stated that "the U.S. government is offering a $5 million reward" for the capture of 'El Chapo', so you know you keeps it RAL when someone finally catches you they are put onto the Forbes millionaires list.
