Heath Herring KEEPSITRAL...

First off, this happened back in 2006 and we know it's nothing new but this clip still deserves a post in the keeping it RAL category. And we aren't picking on the Japanese, I swear. I know they all hate Colonel Sanders but I'm not calling all Japanese gay kissers, but this guy made that mistake in a pre-MMA fight with "The Texas Crazy Horse" Heath Herring. As you can see they meet in the middle of the ring for the usual staredown and what not, but buddy soon goes very NON RAL and plants a tender kiss on the Texans lips... the rest is history.

Side note: while we support that beautiful revenge punch, that nickname and hairdo of Herring's constitute not keeping it very RAL and need to go.
