Stickers on a car can say alot about a person, from what sports team they like, to which surf clothing brand all teenage girls prefer. With that being said this sticker is either a very comical prank or someone who is not ashamed of the hobby that he covets most. I suppose it could be a woman, but in my experiences woman generally don't enjoy sexual scenarios that involve plumbers, midgets and mud bone as much as men, and if they do they are far less inclined to tell the world about it.
